"Northern Beauty" Juried Online Art Exhibition 2026

We invite Canadian artists to submit their original works to our upcoming online juried show, Northern Beauty, celebrating life, light, and landscape in the North.

Submission Requirements

• All artwork must be original.
  • No AI-generated work
  • No work created in workshops
  • No use of stock photography – only your own reference material or plein air work.

• Artwork must be for sale. Shipping is the responsibility of the artist. 25% commission will be deducted from the proceeds of sale and paid after delivery to the purchaser is confirmed.

• Accepted media: 2D visual media (e.g., oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, mixed media, etc. but no photography).

• Fees (non-refundable) :
  • $25 CAD – 1st image, $10 - additional images, max 3 per artist

• Image file naming format* (mandatory):
  Firstname-Lastname-Title-Size-Medium-Price
  Example: Sue-Smith-Pine-Tree-25x20-Oil-375
  * size in inches only (rounded off - no decimals)

• Image Specifications:
  • File size: No larger than 960 px on the longest side
  • Resolution: Max size 1920 px
  • File format: JPG or PNG

Please ensure that you submit your image without frames or background, just the image itself.

Awards

• First Place: $450

• Second Place: $250

• Third Place: $100

• Honourable Mention: $50

• Honourable Mention: $50

Cash awards are contingent on minimum participation. In the event of low entries, awards may be reduced or withdrawn, but the exhibition will still proceed unless otherwise announced.

Accepted entries will be featured on the Northern Beauty exhibition page on our online gallery for the duration of the show.
